SaaS marketing teams were juggling Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, spreadsheets, Slack threads. Just answering "what's working this week?" took an hour of tab-hunting.
The Slyce founder had run marketing in three SaaS companies. He kept seeing the same Monday meeting: 60 minutes of "let me find that number," and 5 minutes of actual decisions.
He wanted to flip the ratio.
We designed the dashboard around the four questions every marketing meeting asks:
- What's running? (every active campaign on one screen)
- What's working? (sorted by performance vs goal)
- What's broken? (red flags only — no noise)
- What's next? (this week's queued items)
Each question gets one screen. No tabs. No drill-downs. The "find the number" problem was the actual bottleneck — we removed it.
Stack: Vue.js front-end · Laravel + MySQL backend · AWS hosting with CDN.
Live integrations — Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot. Slyce pulls the data overnight. Marketing team opens the dashboard and the numbers are already there.
Team collaboration — campaign-level comments, assignments, status changes notify the right person. Replaces the Slack thread that used to belong to each campaign.
Performance baselines — every campaign has a target. The dashboard shows variance vs target in plain English, not just numbers.
Results.
First two SaaS clients shaved campaign review meetings from 60 minutes to 15. Same decisions made, four times faster.
Slyce is now serving 30+ active campaigns across early customers. The product roadmap is shaped by what marketing leads actually ask in their Monday reviews — not by what looks impressive in a feature list.
“Our weekly campaign review was an hour-long mess of tab-hunting. Now it's a coffee.”— Marketing Lead, Slyce client
